Steps to Request Account Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

• Account Information: Email address, name, phone number, ZIP code
• Authentication Data: User ID, encrypted password
• Project Data: All landscaping projects, design preferences, budget information, project notes
• Photos: All photos you uploaded to the app for landscape design purposes
• Design History: All AI-generated design visualizations and variations
• Cost Estimates: All cost estimates and project recommendations
• App Activity Data: Analytics events and interaction history associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and business purposes, we may retain certain information:

• Transaction Records: If you made any purchases through the app, we may retain financial transaction records as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
• Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for service improvement
• Crash Logs: Anonymous crash logs and diagnostics that do not contain personal identifiers

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover any data or restore your account.
• If you have active projects or pending transactions, these will be cancelled when your account is deleted.
• After account deletion, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use LandscAIpe again in the future.
