2. Estimates & Accuracy — Estimates are for informational purposes only and are not binding quotes. Actual costs may vary.
3. Contractors — Contractors introduced through the app are independent third parties; LandscAIpe LLC is not responsible for their work or pricing.
4. User Responsibilities
   • Provide accurate project information.
   • Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt services.
5. Termination — We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandscAIpe LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
